I see them as software programs downloaded into our brain which is the hardware. The most logical way for us to get rid of these is a ‘Cancel/Delete’ function and we can do that with the help of Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy gets you in a specific state of relaxation (”hypnotic trance”) which is ideal for accessing the subconscious mind, where these programs are located.
