Private Sessions

A one-on-one session with me is a private, in-person experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

These sessions are especially supportive during life transitions, emotionally intense seasons, or times when you feel disconnected from your body, your intuition, or your sense of direction.

We start by analyzing your intention and go down to the root cause of any misalignment, so we can create a follow up plan which is simple and clear to follow but has the potential to bring tangible results.

We follow with hands-on energy work, where you’re guided into a calm, safe space where your nervous system can downshift and your inner world can come back into focus. Most people go into a ‘trance’ kind of state, which feels like a deep and calm restful state, while I connect with the wisdom of your body and your energy field, ‘reading’ their signs and applying different clearing and re-aligning methods.

We finish with a debrief/integration phase, where we share wat we both felt and connect the dots for the best suggestions as you move on.

This way we create space for release, clarity, and deeper self-reconnection—so you leave feeling lighter and more grounded, with a clearer sense of what matters, what needs to shift, and what you’re ready to choose next.
